More shows, more shows, more shows. Check the shows page for details. If you're too lazy to click, I'll help you out. We're playing the New Year's Eve "Silver Screen Ball" at the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art. We will also be at the Hi-Dive on March 5th with the marvelous band, A Sunny Day in Glasgow. That one's 21+ so come get your alcoholism on!

In other news, Fellow Citizens will be getting back to recording new songs. Really though, we mean it. We have new toys and electronics and sa-weet new things that you will start to notice. 2010 is going to be an interesting year, and definitely an enjoyable one.

Well, we've been avoiding it like the plague... or crabs... or taking out not-so-smelly trash... whatever you will. Here's an update.

We're taking some time to work on new material. There will be a few shows here and there, but for the most part, we're going to take our time to write and hopefully record what will become our first full length. The Citizens are more in number now. We keep snowballing in size. Expect to see some new faces the next time we're around.

We will try to keep you posted as the writing/recording process unfolds. Thanks for sticking with us thusfar. We hope you enjoy hearing what develops out of all of this. We have. Stay awhile... things are getting interesting.

Today, we take off for a trip that we're hoping will change us. We're only playing a handful of dates in two bordering states, but for most of us, it's the first time we've ever taken our own work on the road. We might like to think that we've come as far as we have (in the year and a half or less that we've been going) on our own, and that is nowhere near true. We've had so much help along the way from some pretty amazing people. This is a huge step for us and we wouldn't be able to make it happen unless we had all the support from our friends, family, love interests, acquaintances and so on. Thanks for letting us borrow your stuff. Thanks for bringing your friends to a show. Thanks for downloading our music from our site and others.

We want you to be involved in the joy that we're experiencing. If you want to help out, let us know. Fellow Citizens is about more than just a band. I don't think any of us would be enjoying ourselves nearly as much if we couldn't include the people we love.

Here goes nothing.
